Sofia M. Sabala

Mrs. Sabala, 91, died at home December 3rd, 2012 in Colorado Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband Rosendo G. Sabala. She is survived by four brothers, one sister, and four children Lupe Torrez (Manuel), Joe Sabala (Rose), Francis Ballesteros, and Catalina Ruiz (Eddie); 15 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, and 36 great-great grandchildren. She was born in Evansville, TX on April 30, 1921. She married Rosendo G. Sabala on October 17th, 1936. Mrs. Sabala retired from Penrose Hospital.

Funeral Services will be at Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Friday, December 7, 2012; starting with a visitation at 9:00 a.m. and a Rosary at 9:30 with full Mass at 10:00a.m. The church is located at 2318 N Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
