Shirley Isaacs Peterson (neeJordan), beloved wife of the late Frank L Peterson, Dear mother of Vicki Isaacs Flores (Michael), of Peyton, CO and Pamela Isaacs of Sacramento, CA. Loving grandmother of Charles (Susan) and Douglas (Amanda) Flores. Great grandmother of Andrew, Savanna, Lily and Iliana Flores of Ft. Knox, KY, Isaac and Audrey Flores, Alec Skinner and Kailey Valdiris of Colorado Springs, CO. Big sister of Evaleen Jordan Pennington of Cincinnati, OH.
Shirley was a native of Cincinnati, OH where she spent all but the last 16 years of her life. In Cincinnati, she lived in or near Camp Washington for all of her married life. Camp Washington Chili was one of Shirley’s and Frank’s favorite places to meet and be with their friends. Shirley’s barmaid years were spent at Waldeck’s Bar on McMicken where she had many, many friends.
She moved to Colorado in 2004 to be near her daughter, Vicki and the rest of Shirley’s family.
Shirley will be sorely missed by all her family and friends and we thank God for letting us have her for 85 years.
