Shirley Ruth Foster 86, passed away on May 6, 2015 in Texas. Shirley is survived by her son's Wayne, C.R. and Robert Foster and daughter Vicki Willcox. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband Ward Foster. A Funeral Service will be held, Friday, May 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
