Ruby Viola Hilty

Ruby Viola Hilty passed away on February 17, 2015. Shewas born July 27, 1922, in Eddyville, Nebraska, to Herman and Ethel Jewett. She married Robert Raymond Hilty on May 6, 1938, in Julesburg, Colorado. They resided in Lexington, Nebraska, until they moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 1969.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 61 years, daughter, Ruth Eby, and brother, Robert Jewett. Ruby was a loving wife,

mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved the Lord and served her church faithfully. She was an active member of Pikes Peak United Methodist Church and Modern Woodmen of America. Ruby is survived by two sons and two daughters, Robert (Susan), Gary(Carol), Sharon (Douglas)

Johnson, all of Colorado Springs, and Betty (Tom) Foster, of Whitesboro, Texas, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one brother,

James Kugler, of Ashton, Nebraska and a sister, Carla Rigby, of Maine. Services will be held Saturday, February 21st, at 12:30 p.m., at Pikes Peak

United Methodist Church, 2927 W. Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs. Burial following at Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be

made to Pikes Peak United Methodist Church.
