Patrick H. Newell died after a long battle with cancer at the age of 59. Pat was born in Denver, Colorado in 1952. He served his country in the US Army / Military Police and in Colorado Law Enforcement for 31 years, which he loved. He then went in to Real Estate sales and property management, owning his own business for several years.
Pat enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and boating with his family. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Gail Narverud Newell; son, Clinton Patrick Newell; daughter, Jessica Marie Newell; grandson, Lucas Patrick Newell and grandson, Silas Andrew Newell.
Memorial services will be held at Swan-Law Cascade Chapel, 501 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011.
