Pam grew up in Marquette, Michigan with her parents Wesley and Jean Johnson and her brother Dan. In 1978 she was married to Jim Sheldon and moved to Colorado in 1980. Jim and Pam had a son, Andrew, and daughter, Diane, and have 3 grandchildren Mackenzie, Archer and Colton. In July of 2019, Pam was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and went home to be with Jesus on May 19, 2020.
Pam loved deeply and had a spiritual connection with her creator that permeated everything she did and every relationship she cultivated. She had an innate ability to connect on a profound level with everyone in her life, and in particular her children and grandchildren. She made sure that a love of Jesus and a passion for scripture became a legacy that she has passed down through generations. She was a painter, a writer, a lover of art and piano, a finder of beauty and a creator of memories. Even in her last days, Pam was more concerned about the people around her than she was about herself, making sure everyone knew that she loved them and that she would be okay as she went to be with Jesus.
