Survived by Brother Ryan Ray Blackwell of Colorado Springs. Baptized and confirmed by the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. Graduated from South High School in Pueblo, CO. Longtime resident of Colorado Springs, Employed for 16 yrs. by the former Current Corporation. Donations can be made to the MS National Society.
