Mitchel Bart, age 73, of Calhan, Colorado passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024.
Mitchel Bart, born September 9, 1950 to Saul and Miriam (Simon) Bart in Brooklyn, NY.
He and his Wife, Irma (Bond) Bart, were married June 15, 1985 in Lamar, CO.
Mitchel is survived by his Wife, his children, Toni Lynn Lewis of Pueblo, CO and Thomas Jerrold Eads and his wife Elizabeth of Granada. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Natausha Bart (Randy Ortiz), Vivian Bart, Ayanna Lewis (Tim Kozma), Ivory Carter, Marquis Lewis, Caitlyn Eads, Colton Eads; Also by his great grandchildren, Jonathan Angel, Adrien Moshe, Evelynn Rose, Ella Jacklyn Ortiz, and Amo Moshe Bart.
He is also survived by his Sister Bonnie Johnson of Arizona and Brother Eric Bart of Arizona and many other beloved family members and friends.
Mitchel was a proud member of the United States Air Force. He retired from the military the first time in 1998. He then went back to service as a civilian at Cheyenne Mountain.
He loved riding his motorcycle, Buffalo Soldiers, and was a lifetime member of the CVMA.
A graveside service led by Rabbi Sherwood and Military Honors performed by the US Air Force for Mitchel will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925.
