She was born on March 22, 1924, in Lebanon, Missouri to Newton Alvin Jarman and Mary Edith (Hopkins) Jarman. She moved to Fountain, Colorado in 1941 and was married to Charles Wesley Trafton on May 5, 1942. They had four children: Charles Jr. - deceased (Helga), Barbara Clark (Arthur - deceased), Mel (Dee) and Sharon Diamond Taylor (Dan - deceased). She was a proud grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 22, and great-great grandmother of 9. Mary Louise was preceded in death by her husband, her son Charles Jr., her son in laws Dan and Arthur, and one great-great granddaughter Kinzley.
Mary Louise enjoyed spending time with family at the holidays as she routinely hosted large Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve celebrations. Her home was always open and ready to serve others. She spend most of her time focused on her family but also liked her opportunities working as a tour guide at Van Briggle Pottery and making flower arrangements at Paul's Floral, tri chem and going out to breakfast and lunch with her extended family.
Mary Louise will be missed by many, especially her living family.
