Mary Helen Bullock

Mary was born on June 5, 1924 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Leroy and Maud Pound. On October 9, 1943, she married Russell C. Bullock. Four children were born of the marriage, one daughter and three sons. Mary and Russell enjoyed traveling, camping, and square dancing during their marriage. Mary had a long professional career in Federal Civil Service and she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, and supporting the Shriner’s Hospital.

After Russell passed away, Mary married Carl R. Simon on June 6, 1989. Mary and Carl enjoyed traveling in their RV and spending time in Arizona.

Mary was preceded in death by her husbands, Russell C. Bullock and Carl R. Simon, her two sisters and seven brothers. She is survived by her children, Ronald C. Bullock (Cathie), Sharon K. Ross (Jack), Steven C. Bullock, and David A. Bullock (Stacy), several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a wonderful enduring friend, Henry Hrabik.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Chapel/Cemetery.
