Lynn I will miss you so much , I have had so many crazy fun times laughing & crying with you. You were A one of a kind  in so many different ways .
 And the most  Kindness, noble, ,& lovable people I ever met . I am proud to have been one of your many friends. So many funny memories  with you that i will cherish for the rest of my life.  We all Loved you so much . My deepest sympathy goes out to his Family ,Family meant a lot to Him.

I met Lynn in 1957 when I began dating his older sister Jackie Day. He was a busy ten year old and never sit still for ten minutes! He loved the outdoors and his dog Emir, a little dachsund, and the two were always playing and running. Lynn loved his Dad Paul and they camped and fished with the Boy Scouts quite often. His Dad and Mom separated when he was about 14 and Lynn went to live with his Dad. We did not see much of him after he went with his Dad, and after he was drafted at age 19 he served in the Army during Vietnam and after getting out of the service he decided to live in Colorado and we did not see him very much after that. He was a generous person and loved dealing in  car sells, trucks, and early on dump trucks and hauling. When his Dad died in 1973 he was crushed since his Dad planned to move to Colorado and fish and have a trucking company together. You have been missed Lynn and will be even more now. Lynn was the best stepdad I could ever want.  He raised us as his own daughters.  My most favorite memory was when I was 16 and he bought me my own car...it didn't run and the tires were flat but he showed me how to take the alternator off and had me call the parts stores to find the cheapest one. He then took me to the tire store and found some good (used) tires.  He took time to show me and even though I was a girl, he taught me that I was capable of taking care of things and that has followed me through my whole life!!  Every time I work on my own car I will think of you Lynn.  You gave me that and I will cherish it.  Until we meet again...

I have so many great memories with my papa. My papa taught me how to ride a sea doo, how to ride a four wheeler. My papa showed me my love for camping. My papa took me camping so many times when I was younger, I couldn’t count all the times. We used to catch frogs together late at night and bring as many as we could find back to the camp site. My papa was there the day I flipped my four wheeler and it came back and ran me over. My papa was my best friend when I was a child. I’ll never cherish memories the way I do with the ones that I have with him. Nana and papas house was my favorite house. Papas house is where I found my love for the city lights at night. Papas house is where I ate strawberries. Papas house is where I went to get whatever I want. I used to use his old printing calculator to figure out how much allowance he owed me, because he’d give me 5 or 10 dollar bills every time I came over. He owes me millions of dollars worth of allowance if you were wondering. Papas cards were always my favorite birthday cards, I still have so many of them. The signature he’d put in those is getting tattooed on my arm in the next couple months. Can’t put into words how much my papa meant to me. He is so greatly missed. 

Their is no one in this world that could ever come close to half the man that Lynn Day was. I loved everything sbout him . Im missing him so much right now. I miss his smile and his laugh , i miss us doing nothing at and listening music  him tell stories to me about his memories  and  everyone that he knew , and about all his adventures he had in his life . I miss the way  he laughed  and also the way he cried when he was sad . Im greatful that i was able to be their for him thru all of his ups and downs and im glad that i was their to truly love him. He had many close friends , whom loved him dearly , and who were always their to help him all he had to do was call . ...they say that grieving is a part of healing . I may know that lynn is in a better place with his loved ones who have passed on , mabey im selfish because i eish he was still here with me. But ill except that he is now gone and i must let him go , holding his life and his memories i ave in my heart forever. I love you to the moon and back lynn. This is only goodbye , untill we meet again . I love you. 

I Have lots of great memories of Lynn. He was Fun , Funny , Loving , and Kind to Everyone he knew. Im very greatful that i was one of the lucky ones to have had the opportunity. to known him. I learned from him , that Nothing was impossible And if you fall down in life , you get right back up and try it again with a smile . He and i , shared the joys of  hotrods,  racing , Thrift shopping , Fishing , socializing, and watching the doctors show at 2pm everyday , together . I will forever hold close in my heart Lynns memory, and the friendship he and i had. I miss him so much , My condolences to his Friends and Family, who also shared his Love and Friendship and loss.
