

Lee “Lino” Ramos was born on March 25, 1941. Lee was a Colorado resident for all his life. Born in Rocky Ford, he eventually landed in Colorado Springs. He was married to Ella Mae Ramos for 55 years and had a total of four children: Kathy Aguilar, Bobby Ramos, Pam Romero (Mike), Ken Ramos (Sam), and many grandchildren Brian Aguilar, Oriana Broderick (Jason), Robert Ramos, Cody Romero, Gavin Ramos, Seth Ramos, and Mattie Ramos, and survived by three great grandchildren. Lee left two sisters Ramona Ornelas and Nellie Benavidez with numerous nieces and nephews.
Lee worked for the City of Colorado Springs for over 20 years. After retirement, he started Lee’s Janitorial, which has been in the Colorado Springs area for over 35 years and still going strong.
Lee loved music, classic westerns on TV, and he also loved his Denver Broncos. Though Lee was from Colorado, his favorite College Team was the “Fighting Irish of Notre Dame”. He also enjoyed the New York Yankees. Lee enjoyed BBQs on the family patio and camping in San Isabel.
Lee loved his family dearly. By working day and night, he ensured everyone was taken care of and provided for.
A Celebration of Life will be at The Friendship Assembly of God at 3685 New Center Point on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 6:00 PM.
