Joy Real passed away August 16th, 2018, in Denver, CO.
Joy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Corum; father, Albert Corum; and brother, Jim Tidwell.
Joy is going to be missed by all, but especially her family. Joy is survived by her husband, Ron Harris; brother, Phillip Tidwell; sisters, Linda Clark-Larsen and Laura Brigham; children, Greg Gorkowski, Mary Gorkowski and Amber Real; grandchildren, Nevaeh Clark and Olivia Welch; as well as their significant others, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Joy loved Disney, elephants, and working with her hands. She was a DIY’er and especially enjoyed baking and decorating cakes. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and loved her Lady Girl.
While we’re not having a formal service, you may come join the family for a viewing and to celebrate her life on Sunday, August 26th from 10:00am - 2:00pm at Swan Law 501 N. Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Refreshments will be provided.
