Joy Friesner, Age 71, passed away March 18, 2012. Joy was born in rural central Illinois to Stella and Joe Zander.
Joy was married to the love of her life Jim Friesner on December 7, 1958. Together they traveled the world and were married for fifty years. She worked as an LPN for 30 years in Pennsylvania, New York and Colorado before retiring in 2008.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Friesner.
She is survived by a son Ted Friesner and current wife and daughter Natasha Ziegler and current husband. Four grandchildren: Nickolas and Maximo Friesner and Jake and Katherine Ziegler. Her mother Stella Zander and sister Gloria. She will be greatly missed by all.
