Jo Ellen was the love of his life, and they had 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 6 amazing grandchildren. Jack also had 2 brothers and 2 sisters that meant the world to him.
A service for Jack will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church on June 30th at 10:00 a.m., followed by a celebration of life at Patty Jewitt Golf Course from 12-4 pm.
