Jimmy was born on September 11th, 1957 to Arch Felix and Esther Cedilla (Santistevan) Arellano in Pueblo, CO. They later moved to Colorado Springs, where he went to William J. Palmer High School and graduated in 1976. He worked in the food service industry for several years and retired as an Assistant Administrator for the Food service department for the Federal Bureau of prisons. Jimmy was a great man with a huge heart always bringing joy to anyone he spoke to. He loved Reading and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Jimmy is survived by: Fiancee Barbara Martinez and Daughter Mia Arellano of the home, Son Jimmy (Krystal) Arellano of Ordway, Son Jesse (April) Arellano of Castle Rock, and Grandchildren: Xander and Isabella Arellano of Castle Rock. Siblings: Brother Ray (Janet) Arellano of Colorado Springs. Sister Mary Beatrice (Miquel) Villalobos of Texas. Sister Theresa Gerardo of Texas. Brother Charlie Arellano of Colorado Springs, and Brother Andy (Bernie) Arellano of Colorado Springs, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Efraín Ybarra (Arellano) and his brother-in-law Nash Gerardo.
