Jason was born December 15, 1981 in El Paso, Texas. He moved to Colorado Springs with his mother and sister Nicole in 1994.
Jason leaves behind his wife Mary Robinson, his mother Sharon Glasner, his stepfather John (Mike) Glasner, his brother Michael Peterson, his sister Rhonda Will, his sister Nicole Yates and his nieces and nephew. Jason will be missed by his uncles, Scot Yates, Doug Davis and Marty Davis, his Aunt Sandra Pelham, and many cousins and friends.
Jason was 40 years old and was married to his longtime girlfriend and love of his life, Mary, on July 28, 2022. Jason loved his family and nothing was more important to him. He loved being the big brother to Nicole and he absolutely loved being Uncle Jason to Sophia and Ricky. He could always be found having Nerf Gun battles with them or jumping on the trampoline with them whenever he visited.
Jason was creative, and in the last few years had been pursuing glass blowing. More recently he had started working with wood, with his sights set on remodeling the house. Jason also was an animal lover, and owned many pets over the years. From birds to fish to dogs, he loved and cared for as many as he could! His most recent dog, Tango, brought so much joy to his life. Jason loved training him and playing with him – to see them together was to see happiness.
A memorial service for Jason will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 1pm at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 N Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80903
