Howard Ray Bowers

Howard Ray Bowers 72, born August 29, 1938 in Thaver, MO passed away on August 14, 2011 in Colorado Springs, CO. He was a Colorado Springs resident from 1980 to 2011. Howard was a Pastor in Missouri and Arkansas and was founding Pastor at Free Will Baptist Church in Colorado Springs, CO and retired from Litton Data Systems. Howard married Sandra Miller on December 13, 1983.

Howard is survived by his wife Sandra; brother, Herbert Bowers, daughters; Deborah Allen, Pamela Williams; son Greg Bowers, step-son, Monte Carneal, step-daughters, Kelly Clasen, Teri Trafton as well as 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Dave Bowers and mother Jettie Bowers.

A Visitation will be held at 10:00 am August 19, 2011. The Service will be at 11:00am following the visitation with the Graveside Service immediately following. All will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home.
