Born in Bischofsreut, Germany, to Ruppert and Ernestine Kremsreiter. She then moved to Colorado Springs in 1961. Being a military wife she was involved in several areas of the military including a volunteer for the American Red Cross. She was a professional seamstress for several years for multiple companies in the city. She was preceded in death by her husband Col. William C. Hacker and 3 brothers, Rupert, Erwin and Josef in Germany. She is survived by Daughter, Sylvia Coppin and husband Michael, son Allen Roupe’ and wife Cheryl, Grandson Bryan Rawlings and wife Brittany and great-granddaughter, Leilah Rawlings.
Funeral services are to be held at Swan-Law Funeral Directors at 501 N. Cascade Ave. Viewing on Thursday, February 15 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and services are Friday, February 16 at 1:00 PM. Reception immediately following.
