She was born in Biloxi Mississippi on December 13, 1955 to parents Allan Leon and Mary Jo Hopper.
Cindy’s quirky sense of humor accompanied her enjoyment of country living, crafts and sewing. Her unyielding affection for her family reflected in her everyday actions and her canine companion, Bo, never left her side.
She devoted her life to God and faithfully worshiped at Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church in Colorado Springs, CO and Pleasant Hill Church in Parsons, KS.
Cindy is survived by her father - Allan Leon Hopper, her brother – Rex Hopper, her sister – Paula McBride, three daughters – Heather, Kimberly and Amanda, her son – William, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother.
