surrounded by family, at home where she wanted to be. Born April 19, 1959 in Perth Amboy, NJ, she had a short but
very full life. A strong woman, she fought the melanoma that took her to the end. Cindy was the core of our family, and an
inspiration. A gentle, caring person who would do for others before herself. Her love of animals was ever present, having
loved and cared for many dogs and horses. Many that she rescued. The remaining "herd" is lost and missing her greatly,
as are we all.
Cindy was a manager of 7-11 in Colorado Springs for over 28 years, and has many friends from this experience. She en-
joyed her animals, gardening, and her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She met Thomas P. Foley in 1978, and on
Nov. 3, 1979 they married at St. Mary's Church, Plainfield, NJ. Together they raised a family of 5 children and 6 grandchil-
dren.
Cindy leaves behind her husband of 35 years, Tom. Her children: Dr. Jason Williams of Tampa, FL, Thomas P Foley Jr., of
Colorado Springs, Shaun O. Foley and his wife Candice of Colorado Springs, Cari Foley and her husband Derek
Geringer of Colorado Springs, Shannon Foley and her husband Jered Loehr of Colorado Springs. Grandchildren: Caiden Foley, Kaileigh Loehr, Caleb Ciano, Madisynn Foley, Gage Loehr, and Alexis Foley, all of Colorado Springs.
She also leaves her father, Oliver F. Williams, and mother Maggie Hrabik; sister, Lisa Norris of NJ; sister Michelle
Williams of MA; and her best friends Patty Forrest and Rae LaFond, along with many other relatives and friends. She also leaves her beloved "herd" Zena, Morgan, Blitz, Rocky, and Nessa.
A celebration of her life will be at Sacred Heart Church, Colorado Ave.& 21st St., Saturday Oct. 19, 2013 at 1:00pm.
The celebration to be followed by inurnment at Fairview Cemetery, 1000 S. 26th St., Colorado Springs. All are invited to
attend the ceremony and reception to follow at Swan Law.
