Humberto Mendoza. She is a California native, born in Los Angeles and lived her adult life in San Diego
County, National City, Rancho San Diego, Lakeside and Ramona. The last year she was in Colorado
Springs, supported by her daughter Norma Zortman.
A supporter of her children through life, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and years and years of youth
Baseball. Carmen is a loving women, funny, smooth and elegant dancer, she loved to cross stitch, tole paint and crochet.
She is survived by three Children: Son; Robert Mendoza, Daughter; Norma (Randy) Zortman, Son; Richard (Karen) Mendoza, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She will be inurned with her loving forever husband at Fort Rosecrans, California on February
21, 2019 at 1:30 PM.
