Marty and I were extremely saddened upon hearing of Dr. Parker’s passing. We both have numerous memories of our interactions with him, for Marty as a member of his faculty and as a mentor also and for me as a teacher and a friend. For both of us, we knew him as a very special person whose contribution to medicine and teaching will go on. To Molly and his daughter we wish to express our condolences. We are sure that he has enjoyed the last 30 years in Colorado surrounded by family, friends, and an outdoors that he loved.
