The Kvale family are members of the Black Forest Lutheran Church; where Avory was baptized and confirmed, as she continued to grow in her Faith.
Avory was a junior at Discovery Canyon Campus (DCC). Throughout her years she was involved in dance, soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, and horseback riding. During her academic years, Avory was consistently recognized on the Principal’s Honor Roll, received multiple Academic Excellence Awards, and was a State Qualifier for the DECA Leadership Conference. During her athletic years, Avory received Athletic Participation Awards and lettered in DCC Varsity Athletics. Avory’s plan after High School Graduation was to attend University of North Carolina in pursuit of her Medical Degree as a pediatrician.
Nothing can describe how much Avory positively impacted and was loved by those around her. She had a natural ability to brighten and warm any room she entered. Avory embraced everything with love, a sweet smile, calm reflection, and laughter. The joy she radiated was unmeasurable. She welcomed all with open arms. The quality of friendship Avory gave was filled with trustworthiness, loyalty, kindness, generosity, and humor. Her time was frequently spent with family and friends.
Avory is survived by her parents (Jay and Courtney Kvale), brothers (Zachary and Tyler Kvale), great-grandparents (Warren and Roberta Johnson), and grandparents (Dean and Hermanetta Kvale, Douglas and Michaelanne Johnson, and Geraldine Harris).
Losing someone is the hardest thing to accept. Remembering Avory is easy, we do it every day. Missing her will be the heartache that will never go away.
Avory will always be Daddy’s Princess, Momma’s Baby Girl, and in the Hearts of everyone who had the pleasure to know her.
