She went home to be with the Lord on April 7, 2018.
She is survived by her two daughters, Joyce Marshall(Mark) and Janet Hill(Mike); three grandchildren, Jeremy Hill, Ryan Wanner and Josh Marshall; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by infant son, Mark Allen; loving husband, Arthur Clark Hill; sister, Marie Hahn; and parents, Clara Kneisly, Roy Kneisly and Maggie Kneisly.
