He was born on February 23, 1958 in Colorado City to Santiago and Lupe Hernandez Espinoza.
Fred was a very wise and knowledgeable man who loved his family with all his heart. If he didn’t know the answer to a question he would study up on it and give a full answer with as many details as possible. He was the type of man that never met a stranger, was always ready to lend a hand, or give you what he had if it was needed, as putting others first was his belief. Those that knew him considered him a “jack-of-all-trades” working hard to make sure every detail of his projects were just right, especially at work as a hearing aid specialist. His words of wisdom, charming smile, and lessons of patience and love will be etched in the hearts of his family.
Fred is survived by his parents Santiago and Lupe Espinoza of Colorado City, by his son Zach Espinoza and wife Wendelyn of Fort Worth, by grandchildren Zayden Espinoza, Eric Espinoza Jr., and Sebastian Martinez, by brothers Christopher Espinoza of Colorado City and Jimmy Espinoza of Rosco, and by sisters Christina Espinoza of Abilene, Helen Lopez and husband Carlos of Abilene, and Josie Badillo of Abilene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and by his fur baby Muscles.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Fred will be held at Saint Ann’s Catholic Church of Colorado City on Wednesday, October 26th at 10 am with Father Michael Udegbunam officiating.
The family will be present for a visitation at Kiker Seale Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 25th from 5-7pm with a rosary to follow at 7pm
