Betty was a family oriented woman who loved her family and friends with all her heart. Her house was always open for anybody who wanted to stop for a visit and no phone call was needed before stopping in. She was a firm believer that a good conversation, a cup of coffee and a cigarette or 2 while sitting at the kitchen table could solve many problems. She spent many years as a care-giver to close and extended family alike over the years. While she was not originally a big dog lover she learned to ove dogs by her daughter Brenda who brought home several strays. After being forced to love them she proudly had and loved several dogs over the years. She was always a hard worker, she and her husband were thought of as the original fixer upper couples. Betty has been blessed with her long full life and her family has been even more blessed for having been a part of her life.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Peggy who was her main caregiver and her angel of Colorado City. Brenda of Midland and Colorado City, and Jena and her husband Mark, as well as by her grandkids Kyle and Amy of Midland.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Calvin Cline and by a son Troy.
A graveside service for Betty will be held on Friday, December 17th in the Colorado City Cemetery at 10 am with Chaplain Charles Goodnight officiating.
There will be no formal family visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kiker Seale Funeral Home.
