Jose Angel Padilla

Jose was born on August 2,1932 in Managua, Nicaragua to Dolores and Damaso Padilla.

Jose emigrated to the United States in the mid 1950’s. He married Antonieta (Lopez) Padilla on July 4, 1959. Once starting a family, Jose devoted himself to traveling in various parts of Northern California. Jose worked at Bank of America for 15 years until he retired in the late 1970s. Jose enjoyed watching wrestling and was a devoted San Francisco Giants fan.

He is survived by his wife Antonieta, his children Paul (Norma), Johnny (Pauline), Maria (Edgar), Lila (Roberto), Angelita (Salvador), his 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, along with more of his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Dolores, his father Damaso, his sisters Cecilia, Ofelia, and Yolanda, and his brothers Alberto, Cesar, and Herman.

The Viewing will be Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 3:00-4:00 P.M. The funeral service will start at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.
