Rose Marie Manning, 89, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away on April 11, 2017, surrounded by her adoring family. Her beloved husband of 69 years, Dr. Ray Manning, preceded her in death. She died on what would have been his 92nd birthday. Her parents were the late Dr. Asbury Anton Weber and Kathryn Edwards Mauldin of Memphis. She graduated from Tech High School, was a gifted artist and studied under Paul Penczner. She enjoyed home making, fishing and gardening and was a member of the Tennessee Dental Alliance and served as president for several years of the Will-O-Mere Garden Club. In 1960, she was featured in the Commercial Appeal for her gourmet cooking and to promote dental health awareness. She was known for her southern hospitality and her generous heart. Her greatest joy was her family.
She is survived by her loving family: Son, Dr. Weber Manning (Robin); daughters, Kathryn Manning, Rose Marie Lawson (Wes), Ann Tucker (Don); grandchildren, Lauren Manning, Bryan Manning, Jeanne Marie Fenster (Andy), Kathryn Rea, Trey Lawson, Phillip Lawson, Ann-Marie Hamrick (Brad), John Tucker; great-grandchildren, Samuel, Menashe, Binyamin and Naftali Fenster.
