Robert Lee Chumney, age 73, of Collierville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Robert was born October 10, 1948 in Memphis, TN. to the late Willie Elco and Elnora Hollingsworth Chumney.

Mr. Chumney was a retired Truck Driver who loved to golf, loved his family, was a generous, forgiving and patient man. He was always the life of the party and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by a daughter; Amy Dabaldo (Chris), a son; James Chumney (Carlee), his sister; Linda Hutyra, two grandchildren; Ryder Dabaldo, Ethan Chumney and a step grandchild; Gradyn Wright.

A funeral service for Robert will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM to at Collierville Funeral Home, 534 West Poplar, Collierville, TN 38017. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, 2023 Mt. Zion Rd., Decaturville, TN 38329.
