Strausser family I am sorry to just hear of Ricky passing.  Please accept my condolences.  Psalms 36:9 says that with God is the source of life.  Please take comfort in knowing that although Ricky is no longer alive the very one who cares the most of him has the ability to bring him back to life.

My condolences to the lost of your love one. Death is something that was not meant for humankind, because God, he created humans with a yearning to live forever (Ecclesiastes 3:11). However our loving God gives us a wonderful hope that 'death will be brought to nothing' and that we will see our love ones again (1 Corinthians 15:26; Mark 5:39-42).

Thoughts and prayers are with the Strausser family daily. RIP Ricky, he was a joy to be around and I will always remember the many fun times we had.

Dear Strausser Family,  I am saddened to hear of your loss.  I work at MLGW and I am sure I had your son in one of my classes.  I am also sure he was a fine young man.  I can sympathize with your loss and understand very cleary what you feel as we lost our 20 year old son in Feb 2011.  It is difficult and our hearts ache for you, but know that he is in Heaven and has reached paradise; something that some of us wait an entire lifetime to enjoy.  He is there now.  Try not to dwell on your loss, as I have done, but think of his glory.
