I am just seeing Frank's obit, and I have been looking for him for years, ever since Howard AFB, Panama closed in 1999.  I think I first met Frank in 1976, and would see him often when I came back to Howard in 1981.  RIP Frank.

From the first time we met Frank and Ruth, they have been family to us.  Living across the street from them and that fabulous yard they kept up, they kept all of us on our toes!  Frank was so sweet to us-he was always so sweet and supportive of us as parents of young children.  He never forgot our kids.  I’ll miss listening to his Panamanian music and hearing about his trips back home in Panama.  We will miss him and will never forget him.  Prayers and love to the family.
