Donna was born March 25, 1947. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford H. Baucom and Martha Murphree Baucom, a stepson, Travis Wade White and a nephew, Stephen Michael Rowe.
She graduated from Westside HS in 1965 and then attended UT Martin in 1966 where she met James T. Penna. They married April 7, 1967 and had two children, Jennifer Susanne and James Michael.
She had training for American Family Life Insurance which today is known as AFLAC, where she passed her state insurance test and was licensed to sell. She was a OR surgical tech at St. Joseph Hospital in the late 60's and 70's. She then went to work at Memphis Fire Communications Bureau as a 911 dispatcher from 1980 to 1995. This is where she met her husband, Gerald. They married November 19, 1982, gaining 4 more children, Angie, Wayne, John and Travis.
In 1995 she went to work for Panola County Sheriff's office as a dispatcher where she retired in 2014.
She was a Daughters of the Nile Member with the Shriners Foundation, where her husband is a Shriner. She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her Asphalt Seekers group and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. She will forever be greatly missed and once again joined with her sweet Lily at the rainbow bridge.
Donna is survived by her loving husband, Gerald W White. Her children Jennifer Lawhorn (Scott), Michael Penna (MarthaAnne), Angie White (Chuck), Wayne White, John White (Rhonda).
Her grandchildren: Peyton Carter, Garrett Penna, Courtney White, Brandon Lonkar, Faith White, Dylan White, Makaylin White, Beckett White, Hanna Lawhorn, Olivia Lawhorn, Brenna Anderson, Ian Anderson, Savannah Jordan, Branson Jordan and Blake Allen. Her Great Grandchild, Lennox Wayne Carter.
Her Siblings: Jane Baucom Rowe and Guy Wyndel Baucom.
