He was a retired as a machinist with CN Railroad and was a member of Covenant Baptist Church in Collierville.
He is survived by his wife; Peggy Foshee, daughter; Alicia Yarbrough (Bill), sons; Charlie Williams (Tonya), Terry Williams (Tanna), brothers; Gene Foshee (Marion), Rodger Foshee (Dona), grandchildren; Destyni Fletcher, Madison Fletcher, Max Williams, Cassidy Cowan (Austin), Austin Powell, and Kayla Williams.
Along with his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his first wife; Doris Foshee, his siblings; J. W. Foshee, Mary Magedelena Moorehead, Floretta Foshee, Jonita Foshee, James Foshee, Lynn Foshee, and a granddaughter; Magen Fletcher.
Ray enjoyed gardening, his church, his family and traveling with his wife Peggy.
