It is with great sadness that the family of Stanley “Tony” Landry announces his passing after an extended illness on July 11th, 2017 at the age of 55. Tony will be forever be remembered by his wife, Susan Landry, his dad, Stanley Landry, his brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Becky Landry, his son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, Tanner, Emily and Piper Landry, his former wife, Lisa Landry, and many other extended family members and close friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sandra Landry. Tony was a star high-school athlete, playing football and baseball, and was also an award-winning high jumper. His professional life began at Harbison-Fischer in the manufacturing industry, where he moved up to management due to innovating and streamlining processes and creating new, more efficient systems for the company. He then became the Vice-President of Decorating Den Interiors-The Landry Team, where he was instrumental in moving that franchise to the #1 spot worldwide, from over 200 franchises, along with the Tarrant County region he helped manage, which was also ranked #1 worldwide. Tony was an amazing chef, and his third career was the creation, with his wife Susan, of their food truck, The Virgin Olive, which was a dream come true. It is renowned for its gourmet Italian food, and has built a huge following. But Tony’s proudest accomplishment, and to him his most important job, was being an exceptional dad to his son, Tanner.
