In Loving Memory of Susan Reynolds Salmon, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Susan Reynolds Salmon passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on March 25, 2025. Family meant everything to Susan. She lived a life full of grace, joy, resilience, and love, cherishing the moments spent with those closest to her. Susan’s story was one of courage, as she exemplified the power of love and the possibility of new beginnings.
Susan was preceded in death by her first husband, Danny Reynolds, with whom she shared 34 wonderful years of marriage. After his passing, she found love once again and built a beautiful new chapter of her life with her devoted second husband, John Salmon.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Danny Reynolds; parents, William and Esther Hudson; her sister, Nancy Blocker; and her grandchild, Danielle Lankford.
Susan is survived by her husband, John Salmon; children, Doug Reynolds (married to Melissa) and Dana Hundley (married to James); her stepson, Kevin Salmon (married to Amanda); her grandchildren—Amber Goodman (married to Chris), Jacob Reynolds (married to Alexa), Danny Reynolds, Dakota and Bailey Lankford, and Andrew Salmon—and her great-grandchildren, Gray and Grant Goodman. She will also be lovingly remembered by a wide circle of friends who adored her warmth, wisdom, and dedication to family above all else.
A visitation for Susan will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034. A committal service will occur Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034. A reception will occur Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.
