I am saddened to hear of Susan's passing.  Although we didn't keep in touch over the years directly, it was always enjoyable to hear of her and her family through our parents and other cousins.  I know she will be greatly missed by all those close to her.  

Over the years I worked with Susan at Missiles and Fire Control she was a great friend, colleague and leader.  I will never forget the great times we had leading the execution of flight test events at WSMR.  She will definitely be missed.  My prayers go out for Chris and her family!

Susan was a great mentor and friend during my time at Lockheed.  She will be missed!  My prayers are going up for Chris and her family!

Susan was one of my favorite people at Lockheed Martin! She was a great mentor and friend. We loved meeting for lunch at Taste of Thai throughout the years and I will always remember the laughter we shared ❤️

I enjoyed very much working with her. She will be missed. 

My heart is split in two - one half is how incredibly blessed and fortunate I am to have experienced her as a mentor and confidant - she provided a safe place to be vulnerable and had an amazing way to reprove AND esteem all at the same time! Second half sorrow, I will miss her wise counsel and laughter. She had this uncanny way of re-framing even the darkness situation and turning it into something beautiful.  Rest well, Susan - the modern Proverbs 31 woman.

Ouzts, family,  may God's peace sustain you during this time. Her legacy lives through you and the countless others she's touched...


I am so sad to hear about Susan's passing. She was a long time mentor to me at Lockheed when I started on PAC-3. She was adored by many amd was a great person to look up to. My prayers are with Chris and the kids.  

I was very saddened to hear of Susan Ouzts' passing.  I retired many years ago, but I still recall Susan and Chris getting married.  We all worked on the PAC-3 program at Lockheed-Martin MFC.  I was so pleased to read of her many accomplishments at Lockheed-Martin MFC and Aeronautics.  May the peace of Christ be with her family.


The pain felt by the death of a loved one can be unbearable.  Please remember Susan is no longer suffering and hopefully she is at peace.  She was a wonderful person and a delight to be around.   She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.  The family will always have the many loving memories she has left behind.  



Worked with Susan on the PAC-3 Missle Program at the Lockheed Martin facility Grand Prairie Texas. Susan cared for everyone she worked with, and will be missed. Thinking of you and your family. 

So sorry to hear about Susan - I worked with her on International Programs at LMMFC, she was my primary customer.  She was one of the most pleasant people in the Management team, and generally one of the most pleasant people to work with on any level  - she will be greatly missed I'm sure, and I'm very sorry I didn't keep up communications with her in the more recent years.   I will see you in the next life Susan!
