Susan Marie Castleberry Huff

Susan Castleberry Huff, of Watauga, TX, passed away on September 19th in Fort Worth, Texas. Susan always be remembered as a wonderful and very loving mother, sister, daughter, and Spouse. Susan was born on August 20th, 1964, in Amarillo, TX to Carole Sue Castleberry and Ted Marr Castleberry. Susan was born in Amarillo Texas but moved to the Fort Worth area at a young age and Fort Worth remained her forever home. Susan attended and graduated Richland high school. Shortly after graduating high school, Susan was married to her best friend, Gary Bentley Huff and they had a son, Kyle Bentley Huff. Always having a go getter attitude, Susan went on to obtain her oil, gas, and stock broker’s licenses and quickly earned her way to administrative sales. Sadly, while working as a broker, Susan was struck down with a elongated battle with multiple forms of cancer that she ultimately won. After the elongated battle with cancer, kept her head high and was a very active in humanitarian work and helping animal rescue groups. Susan is survived by her son, Kyle Bentley Huff of Fort Worth, Texas, Susan’s mother, Carole Sue Bohn of Watauga, Texas, and Susan’s sister Deena Castleberry of Watauga, Texas. Susan was preceded in death by Gary Bentley Huff. The visitation will be held from 5-7 o’clock p.m. on Friday, Sept 13th, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept 14th, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Entombment to follow in the Mausoleum of Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
