Sharon was the beloved wife of Chris Sumter, the love of her life, whom she met 33 years ago. Their 26 years of marriage were filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support for one another. Together, they had two boys: Logan, and Carson, who were the pride and joy of Sharon’s life. Together they welcomed with open arms their son Zach.

Her Christian faith was a guiding force in her life, where her kindness and generosity touched many lives.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Chris, her three children, Zach (and fiancée Najia), Logan, and Carson, her brother John Paul (JP), his wife Crystal, and their son Tristen. She also leaves behind numerous cousins and a wide circle of loving friends who became her extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 8th at 11 am at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Sharon’s memory to a charity of your choice.
