Shane Michael Farrell, of Dallas, Texas passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2019 in Dallas. He will always be remembered as a devoted son, brother and friend to all that knew him. He was born on April 9, 1992 in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Growing up, Shane lived in Illinois, Florida, Singapore and Texas. He was a graduate of Grapevine High School. Shane attended Texas Tech University and the University of Colorado. He enjoyed cooking, reading, trivia and electronic music. He will be deeply missed by his loving parents Mike and Joan Farrell of Colleyville; his brother Ian Farrell of Austin; his sister Riley Farrell of Colleyville; his paternal grandmother Loretta Farrell of Alton, Illinois; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister Shelby Farrell, his maternal grandparents Gene and Mary Bockhorst, and his paternal grandfather John Farrell.
