Peggy was born in Fort Worth to Jake & Merle Gray on February 21st, 1933. She grew up in Poly and graduated from Poly High in 1950. She loved raising her three kids, taking us to swimming and tumbling lessons. As her kids started high school she and her husband started a thriving new business. In 1982 they retired to a ranch in Granbury. The next years spent traveling the world with friends and family. After selling the ranch they returned to town and spent many happy days with her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Bill. She will be greatly missed by son, Tommy and wife Dana; daughter Sharon and husband Richard Nichols, and daughter Karon and husband Michael Harmon; grandchildren Sara, Julie, Shay, Thomas, Summer and Sierra; and nine great-grandchildren Lathan, Riley, Levi, Ella, Chloe, Grace, Everly, Casper, and Clay.
A funeral service for Peggy will be held Monday, October 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Boulevard, Colleyville, Texas. Following the funeral service will be a committal service in the cemetery.
