Paul was born on December 29th, 1959, at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany NY and grew up in Delmar NY. In his youth, he developed a strong faith with God, a driven sense of entrepreneurship, and a love for telling jokes.
He moved to Texas from New York and started his business, PFC Contracting, Inc. the premiere concrete balcony company of the DFW area. He excelled as a salesman and was a boss to hundreds, being known for his sense of humor and compassion. Many employees looked up to Paul as a mentor, father-figure, or brother.
As a father he spent time coaching soccer, riding waves in Port Aransas, and going on failed fishing adventures. In his later life, he developed a passion for table shuffleboard, becoming the president of a shuffleboard league. His weekends were often spent spiking volleyballs into the faces of his family members while playing pool volleyball and grilling in his backyard. He and Michele would often travel to Las Vegas to play their favorite card game blackjack and enjoyed travelling to various beach locations.
Paul was survived by his wife, Michele Clarke, his son Zachary Clarke and wife Ashley Clarke, his son Jarad Clarke and fiancé Courtnie Boden, his son Tristan Clarke and wife Alysha Clarke, his brother William Clarke, his sister Kimberley Clarke-Crawford, and his grandchildren Everly Clarke, Teagan Clarke, Brayden Webb, Carter Clarke, and Grey Clarke and many cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members.
A visitation for Paul will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
