Marshall Dale Wilson, age 59, of Hurst, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 5, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, Marshall Edward Wilson. He is survived by his daughter; Amanda Gibbs and husband Cade, and Kelsey Wilson; granddaughter, Willow Ingram; mother, JoAnn Wilson; brothers, Chester Ray Wilson and wife Peggy and Dennis Wilson and wife Janet; numerous nieces and nephews and former wife, Lizzy Nelson. Marshall was born in 1957 to Marshall Edward and JoAnn Wilson in Alexandria, LA. He was a man of God and a member of First Baptist Church in Hurst. He was very active with the church and volunteered with the church’s prison ministry. Marshall was kind hearted, generous and a loving father to his two girls. He loved fishing, Rangers baseball and was a Longhorns fan. He was loved and will be missed by his friends and family. To honor his life, a service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:30 at the funeral home. Marshall will be laid to rest at Plainview Cemetery in Krum, TX following the service.
