When I first met Sis. Lisa Rountree, I felt like I had known her all my life. She was an encourager through and through. She helped me to get out of my comfort zone and serve as a clown in our J.A.M. (Jesus And Me) outreach. She also helped me to overcome my doubts when I served in Children's Church. We were co-teachers in the Beginner class for countless years. She would decorate and craft, teach and anything else that needed to be done. I am not that crafty, but I could envision something and ask Sis. Lisa if she could make it and her answer was always "Yes"! And it always left me in awe of her and a little bit envious. She was my best friend, mentor, co-laborer in Christ and partner in ministry. Above all else she was my sister who I will sincerely miss but know that she is at Home with our Heavenly Father. I love you, Sis. Lisa. Always!

The family went to see the Promise. Lisa was so filled with the Holy Spirit and that night put her on the path of the Lord.
