A retired American Airlines flight attendant, Kathy never met a stranger. She had an amazing capacity for connecting with people and was well known for her love of all animals.
Kathy graduated from Highland Park High School and attended Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas.
She is survived by her sisters Toby Weatherly Jeffers of Dallas, Texas, and Janice Weatherly Robbins of Colleyville, Texas.
