Ms. Judy E. Lackey

Judy Ellen Lackey, of Colleyville, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 in Southlake, Texas after an extended illness. Judy was born on December 19, 1950 to Charlie Henry and Mildred Irene Paddack in Hico, Texas.

Judy will be lovingly remembered by her sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Darwin Whittenburg of Colleyville, Texas, her nephew and wife, Charles and Julie Whittenburg of Sherman, Texas, and her niece and husband, Dia and Tommy Curb of Colleyville, Texas,. She will also be fondly remembered by 5 grand nephews, Tyler, Sam, and Caden Whittenburg of ShermanTexas and Ethan and Nicholas Curb of Colleyville, TX.

Judy graduated from Hico High School in 1969. She also attended Tarleton State University.

She later moved to Grand Prairie, Texas and worked for many years as a data entry operator for Central Freight Lines, Irving, Texas, before experiencing a major life-long, disabling illness in 1991.

Judy was predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Mildred Paddack, Hico, Texas and her older brothers Charles Ray Paddack, Hico, Texas, and Bill Paddack, Las Vegas, Nevada.

A memorial service to honor Judy will be held at 12:30pm on Saturday, February 9, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034
