Helen Ann Ball has passed to her eternal life with her Lord and Savior. Born in Syracuse, New York where she grew up and married the love of her life at the age of 19, Helen and Lester were married 54 years at the time of his death in 1994. The moved to Texas in 1959 where they lived the rest of their lives. They were long time members of the American Legion, Post 453 in Dallas, Tx. Mrs. Ball was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lester O. Ball, three children, Charles R. Ball, Patricia A. Ball and Alan G. Ball. Also preceding her were her parents Ethel Manning of New York and Leroy Parsnow of New York as well as her siblings, Harold W. Parsnow, Edith Angrick, James Parsnow, Earl Parsnow and William Parsnow all of New York. Also one brother Vernon Parsnow of Washington. Helen is survived by her son Lester R Ball and Sue of Talco, TX, daughter Mary A. Shields of Bedford, Tx, son William R. Ball of Dallas, TX., daughter Barbara and Jim Branham of Fort Towson, OK., daughter, Irene and Dennis Adams of Irving, TX., daughter Kathleen and Mike Barnett of Mansfield, Tx., son David E. Ball of Paris, TX., and daughter Donna and Joe McCaig of Paris, TX.. Also one sister, Virginia Duciaume of New York. Helen was the mother of eleven children, twenty seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. She was a loving and sweet person that was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed. May she rest in eternal peace.
