Gary Joseph Goss passed away on Sunday, May 7th 2017. He was 55 years old. Gary was a man of many talents, including being an expert angler. His prowess in catching fish was legendary amongst his friends and family. He excelled at preparing culinary delights; he was well known for his fish frys and his smoked briskets and ribs. Gary was also called a dog whisperer by some, his ability to understand his canine friends was uncanny. Gary was a skilled marksman with a pistol, and loved riding his Harley. He also enjoyed woodworking and constructed some fine furniture that will be around for many years. Gary’s humanitarian traits were admirable; he volunteered at local food banks and helped people who were down on their luck. Gary was very loyal in his beliefs and convictions. Gary will be missed by all that knew him. Gary was born in Lackawanna New York, but he will always be known as a Texan. Gary is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Goss, step-brothers David and Donald Radwan, sister-in-law Denise Whitus-Goss and his beloved dog Bear. Gary is survived by his parents Theresa and Richard Radwan, brothers Darrell and Kevin Goss, step-sisters Donna Radwan and Dolores Potter, step-brothers Jeff, Jim, Joe and Justin Whiley, nieces Lauren Rasca, Kristen Ryan, Kaylie Guadarrama and Kathryn Conner, nephews Gabriel Potter and Dustin Radwan, and his partner Jane Martin. Gary also had many in his extended family and friends that loved him and will miss him dearly. Memorial services will be held at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in North Richland Hills on Wednesday, May 17th at 2:00PM. The address is 7341 Glenview Drive, North Richland Hills, Texas 76180.
