Dennis Thorp lost his 3 year battle with Parkinson disease with Lewy Body dementia on February, 5, 2015 in Frisco, Texas. Dennis was born in Marshalltown, Iowa August 25, 1944. Dennis married Linda Westman Thorp on September 1, 1962. Dennis was committed to his work and very much enjoyed and loved his family. Dennis is survived by his wife Linda; sons Darin Thorp and wife Marika, Scott and wife Stacey Thorp; grandchildren Hannah and Christian Thorp; brother Ronald Thorp and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Francis and Esther Thorp; brother Jerry Thorp; sister Janet Montgomery and grandchildren Zachary and Alexis Thorp.
Family would appreciate donations be made to Lewy Body Dementia Associationwww.lbda.org . Graveside services will be held February 21, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. The family will have a service celebrating Dennis' life.
