David L. Gregg

David Lloyd Gregg went to be with the Lord Friday, September 12, 2014 at 67 years of age. He was born December 6, 1946 in Decatur Texas and lived in the Fort Worth area most of his life. He lived his life loving the Lord, his family & friends, fishing for the “big one” & fishing for men. He was a minister of the gospel and Pastor of Trinity Church in Palestine, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion Gregg and mother-in-love, Bertie VanNoy and survived by his wife, Linda Gregg, his daughters, Rachelle Fletcher, Rachael Johnson, Ralana Brannan; son-in loves, Bill Fletcher, Bryan Johnson and Duncan Brannan; grandchildren: Nicole & Tyson Oliver, Kaydra Brannan, Brianna Fletcher, Hunter Johnson, Karlisa Brannan & Katelynn Fletcher; his sister Anita Knapp; brother Charles Gregg and sister-in-love Lucia Gregg & father, Wendell Gregg and many other extended family members and friends.

Funeral Services will commence Thursday at 1 p.m. at Bethesda Community Church, 4700 North Beach Street, Haltom City, Texas 76117, with Pastor Duncan Brannan and Pastor Bill Fletcher officiating. Friends are encouraged to gather and share memories with the family Wednesday evening from 6-8 at Bethesda Community Church. Mr. Gregg will be laid to rest in the Court of Fidelity at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 1:00pm at Evangelistic Temple, 3011 N Loop 256, Palestine TX 75803.
